Using the service

These terms cover the tools, the website and any account you create. By using them you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on the business's behalf.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One free account per person. Creating several accounts to get extra free runs isn't allowed, and we limit free accounts to one per network to prevent it.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

Acceptable use

Please use the tools for their intended purpose. You must not:

• Use the service to break the law or someone else's rights.
• Scan, crawl or test websites you have no right to test, or use the tools to attack, overload or probe a site.
• Send automated or bulk requests that get around plan limits or harm the service.
• Try to break, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.
• Resell or redistribute the tools' output as a competing service without our permission.

Our tools fetch pages you ask them to fetch. You're responsible for making sure you're allowed to request those pages.

Plans, limits and fair use

Free and paid plans come with limits on runs, text length and scan size, shown on the pricing page. We can change limits and prices, and we'll give notice before a change affects a plan you've already paid for. A monthly fair-use allowance applies to AI tools. If it's reached, AI runs pause until the next month.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. See the payment and refunds page for how billing, cancellation and refunds work. It forms part of these terms.

AI-generated results

Some tools use AI to generate text. AI can be wrong, repetitive or out of date. Results are suggestions, not advice, and you're responsible for checking them, and for the content you publish, before you use it. We don't guarantee that any result will improve your rankings, traffic or sales.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text and page addresses you submit. You give us permission to process them, including by sending them to our service providers, only so we can run the tools and give you results. You confirm that you have the right to submit what you send.

Our content

The site, its design, the tools and the written content on it belong to us or our licensors. You may use the results the tools give you for your own projects and your clients' projects. You may not copy the site or its tools.

Third-party services and links

The service relies on other providers, and it links to other sites. We're not responsible for their content or how they work.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features, and we may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll tell you or update the date above. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

No warranty and limit of liability

The service is provided as it is and as it's available, without promises about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted use. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for anything connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on ownership and liability, will continue after that.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the tools for my clients?

Yes. You can use the results for your own projects and your clients' projects. You can't resell the tools themselves as a competing service.

Am I allowed to scan any website?

Only pages you have the right to test. The tools request the pages you enter, so you're responsible for having permission.

Who owns the text the AI writes?

You can use the results for your own work. Because AI output can be similar across users, review and edit it before you publish.

Can you change the terms?

Yes. If a change is important, we'll tell you or update the date at the top of this page.
